Tattoos - my understanding is the skin is an organ. We use it to breath. Tattoos are a way of suffocating ourselves. Tattoos also put tremendous stress on our liver. Hence - tattoos are unhealthy/bad for your health.

Tattoos could be bad for us, but that is one thing I don’t care about. I love my tattoos and I think they are worth it.

read and hold a book however the fuck you want. crease it, bend it, flex it, crack the spine, fold the pages. reading is meant to be a joy, and you should be able to read the words. love the book and it will love you back. if some ass is giving you shit by telling you not to fold the book over when reading, hit them in the face with that book.

I have discovered that running is fun. I just came home from a run/walk. I ran on intervals, run 50 meter and walk for 100. Well I almost managed it, but not quite there yet. I will be though.
Fun thing is that a year ago I could barely walk that 2,6 K route without stopping 5-6 times, but now I can walk it without stopping, but I can also run around 500 meters of it.
Plus today was the first day I have been under 128 Kilos in 2 years! That is fucking awesome. It equals in -17,2 Kilos from the beginning. I am getting there, slowly yes, but still getting there. And I feel high…
I want to feel like this again soon! Which means more running. teeheehee.
How much difference does a year make?
The answer is a lot. I have lost weight 16-17 Kilograms, but I have lost a whole lot more mentally. I carried around insecurities, cooked during years and years. I still have those insecurities, but I am stronger mentally and physically than I was a year ago.
A year ago I couldn’t walk 2.6 kilometers without stopping at least 3 times, usually it was more. And I mean walking! Now I can walk that amount without stopping, I can even run a part of the distance. And that makes me feel like a winner, like I have accomplished something and I have.
But the most important thing I have learned during this year is not to give up! No matter what happens, do not give up.

As much as is does sound like a load of bullshit for someone to buy Tumblr, it’s a possibility. I Personally think it should stay independent and I hope David Karp keeps a hold of it like his own child. Or we make enough noise to where such major changes (if bought) will not happen. I would hate to see Tumblr turned into an advertising dump.We’re not a ‘hip fad group’ to be marketed to. I hate the fact that’s all we look like to businesses in the end.reblogging again for this ^
